Terms of Service
Effective: September 2026
1. Scope of Agreement
By accessing arbizsolutions.org or contracting services with ARBIZ Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Service. Detailed project scopes, payment milestones, SLAs, and technical specifications are governed by individual master services agreements (MSA) executed between parties.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon successful project completion and milestone reconciliation, the client receives full ownership of custom codebases, design deliverables, and database schemas developed specifically for the client, excluding ARBIZ Solutions proprietary reusable frameworks and third-party open-source libraries.
3. Ethical Conduct & Transparency
ARBIZ Solutions operates with complete transparency. We do not provide guarantees on third-party marketing platform results (e.g. ad costs, search algorithm movements), but guarantee transparent reporting, engineering best practices, and code quality.
